2. With regards to our conventional flange turning facing lathe machine, Our Z axis stroke can move automatically and feed , which is transmission by servo motor, not manually, other lathe is manually.

3.This is our standard professional cutting tool carriage/turret with 280*280 mm heavy duty type tool carriage. Which has much more high accuracy, rigidity and stability with big volume cuttings , it can realize both rough and finish turning processes. While other company is a simple not-standard tool carriage. You can check by pictures easily. All our cutting tool carriage can moves automatically on the X, Z stroke. While other has limited stroke. It is not stable also.

4. We specially design Manual Pulse Generator for both of our Conventional Flange Turning Lathe and Flange Turning Facing CNC Lathe. It is very easy to do cutting tool calibration and tool setting.
